Ricardo FrustocklRicardo started working with computers in 1984 in his father's machine shop. His father bought a new CNC Mill which required an Apple IIE to program and run the scripts. From then on, Ricardo was intrigued with electronics and mechanical devices, how they functioned and operated.

In 1991, he attended and worked at the United Educational Institute where he received a diploma in Electronics and Microcomputer Repair, tutored students, and set up labs for the college. Before graduation, he acquired a position working for a local mom and pop shop at the time named (Computer Max) building custom made-to-order machines for Computer Expos and Tradeshows. After graduation, he started working in the computer field for various companies. In 1995, he received additional training provided by various computer component manufacturers at Ingram Micro, achieving the Adaptec Ace level 1 & 2, 3COM Technologist Wizard Certification, and the Novell CNA Certification.

Ricardo is currently working throughout the Santa Barbara County area providing his computer repair and consulting services to his clients in conjunction with working as an LTA in the SBCC.EDU Nursing computer lab.
